Call the application-document for Buyers to post a project, describe the project, with timereference, budget and submit the document. After approval within 24 hours, it will be placed on the listing in the chosen category.

No, you don't have to accept if you cannot do that project, you are not obliged to do it. If you can do a project, however, then we rely on you to accept it. But never forget, a Buyer chose you to do a project, so explain and excuse your rejection.

Four questions to be rated each with max 5 stars; reliability, quality, punctuality and recommendability. Keep in mind: expression and perception are not identic concepts Be honest and kind as well, these ratings have a massive impact on the sales. If a Seller delivers a perfect product even when first after one or two revisions, but in a reasonable time, he deserves a good rating.

Please take note, ratings are extreme important for Sellers, it is their certificate for good work. The best time to give a rating is, after inspection when received. We recommend to give a rating within 24 hours, because with the passage of time, the rating will be easily forgotten

Rating is a promise made upon purchase. Not rating feels like an injustice for the seller. Micro-StartUp service is free, but with no rating, the buyer will pay a small contribution for the next purchase (USD 1,00)

bocxes you want to save, you can mark as ¨favourite¨ by clicking on the small heart. The heart will turn red. Your favourites are callable, at the site. . . , by clicking on my favourites

When you visit a bocx, you can click the button < make an order > describe your wish and submit. The Seller will contact you as soon as possible.

Micro-StartUp recommends to have all communication on the internal messenger system.

The service delivery depends on the product. It can be send by e-mail, courier or postal system, important to think about when via Post, if Registration is financially achievable. Sending small packets and letters via special free postal systems like AkoPosT is always recommendable, because delivery/handover is registered

Changing your usercode is only possible by exception. As your identity on Micro-StartUp is not visable and your data kept secret, there won’t be a big need to do so. If a user should change his usercode by making a new registration without the knowledge of Micro-StartUp, it will lead to immediate suspension and investigation of the account, with possible termination of the membership Micro-StartUp.

If you want to close your account, cq end your membership Micro-StartUp, you go to your account, click the position < close my account > after which you will be asked your password. You have to confirm not to be a robot, give in a second time your password and finaly < submit >. After closing your account, your all your data will be deleted and cannot reproduced again. Micro-SttartUp have to keep some data for tax reasons and connections concerning delivered transactions.

When Your My Micro-StartUp account is suspended, but you have signed in, take contact with Micro-StartUp because of a technical bug. In other cases when you cannot log in, complaints, a not accepted dispute, abuse messenger-system, not paid invoice, theft etc. may have caused a suspension. Check your regular email first , a suspensiom never occurs without notification.

From Buyer not accepted deliveries can have various causes. An added message makes clear why. Without a message this concerning, the Seller could ask the buyer. The important thing is to find a possible solution that is acceptable to both parties.

After delivery the payment will be released, cq forwarded to the Seller. When delivered electronic via the internal messenger, applies in this case as delivered. With the signature of receipt from by mail sent products, the product applies as delivered.

A bocx is the name for a showcase at Micro-StartUp. It is the place where Seller, or Buyers present themselves and their product/service incl. pricing

With a bocx at Micro-StartUp you have all possibilities to promote yourself and your product which is important to get attention.

If your product fits in more categories, it is certainly useful to include your bocx in these categories as well. Please note, incorrectly placed bocxes are deleted by Micro-StartUp.

Each designer/author is required to confirm that all work submitted is their own before they submit.

We encourage everyone to report entries that violate our Terms and Conditions and Copyright Infringement Policy to protect original works of designers from being stolen and prevent contestants from getting copied designs. stock imagery or copyrighted material, or using explicit content or advertising.

Copyright infringement is a serious offense and will result in immediate disqualification. Further action may follow.

Until the handover a Seller possesses the original codes. If the buyer accepts the previewed low resolution design, you can settle the deal, finaly the Buyer must complete the Payment-Handover to legally own the design you created.

For designs that are partially, substantially or entirely copied or used from Micro-StartUp Seller, Micro-StartUp will review and provide a verdict and / or issue a sanction.

With the delivery your payment will be released. It is depending on the payment method how and exactly when the amount will be payout.

After Buyer and Seller settled the deal inclusive possible costs of shipment and the payment method, the payment should be made in advance, or directly to the Seller, or via a ¨payment lock¨with escrow-service PreoPay (under construction). With an agreement to divide the project in milestones, so will be the payment as well.

Micro-StartUp works with reference prices in USD. Conversion into other currencies at fractional costs are at Seller’s costs.
